Coaching is a transformation process inside a person; specifically aims to develop internal abilities, it also detects limits that helps to eliminate transforming them into strong points, that powered would be very useful for a person, a work team, or a family when they need to accomplish goals to fulfill their desired success.

What is a coach and what he does?

A coach is a person who like a trainer, trains his client, or coachee, to think in a different and effective way that would help them to search and find options that direct them to succeed in determined life situations. A coach goes along with the coachee making him able to find inside himself not only one option, a bunch of them all aligned with his feelings, and thats why at the end of the process the triumph is only a merit of the coachee.

The coach works with the concept “here and now”, and this fact makes the coaching not a therapy, because it doesn’t work with the past, although it does with the way the coaching thinks and his emotions since emotions are what moves us. A coach never judges nor gives his view, the only thing that matters is what the coachee judges or thinks, since is he who choses how to live his life and which legacy he wants to have for the future.

¿What does Noemí Sosa do as a coach?

I am a Coach, and I work on human development… this is what I do following my passion for humans, because I think that we all have the capacities, although sometimes we don’t have the same opportunities.

Mi primera impresión al conocerte fué como sí ya fuesemos “colegas” desde hace tiempo, una vieja amiga que esta ahí para ayudarme, y así fué. Me abriste la ventanita que está justo en la frente y empezaron a salir todas las ideas que tenían como único objetivo la evolución. Pasé por diferentes puestos de trabajo, en diferentes empresas, y al cabo de un año y casí coincidiendo con tu embarazo, que el pobre de tu hijo tambien las ha tenido que pasar canutas, escuchando todas mis historias…. tomé la decisión de volver a Tenerife.
